Come stay and enjoy one fabulous relaxing lakeside retreat just 45 minutes from Little Rock International Airport.

Our home comfortably accommodates up to 6 guests, ensuring everyone has ample space to relax and unwind. Sleep soundly in the luxurious bedding options, including a cozy King, inviting Queen, and two comfortable Twin beds.

Start your mornings off with coffee among the tree lined deck, overlooking peaceful Lake Pineda. A calm, peaceful and serene lake where you’ll see kayakers, paddle boarders, pontoon boats and fisherman from sun up to sun down. No loud power boats or jet skis here. Enjoy your lake time with the use of our two kayaks, paddle board, chill mat and multiple fun inflatables. A bird lovers paradise; look for our favorite blue heron “Fredrick” flying from dock to dock. For your morning walks, there are hiking trails throughout the village; head over-to the spillway or to the community center just a mile from the front door. A favorite day trip for us is to drive to Petit Jean State Park, hike Cedar Falls Trail (beautiful waterfall) amongst other trails. Enjoy a day golfing at one of our eight public golf courses within the gates. You can even hone your chipping and putting skills with the items we provided (toy chest in garage) before your tee time. If you’re a pickleball or tennis lover, there are beautiful outdoor and indoor courts in the village; we have 4 pickleball rackets for your use. Take a day, fishing off our dock or rent a boat at one of the nearby larger lakes, in or around the village. Go to Balboa beach to soak up some sun or cool off in the water. To lighten your luggage load, we supply bath towels and linens, leaving you with nothing to worry about except making unforgettable memories during your all-American dream vacation.

We understand the importance of convenience, which is why our property offers a 2-car garage, allowing you to securely park your vehicles. Step onto the deck and fire up the propane barbecue, creating delightful meals while savoring the beautiful surroundings. You won't sacrifice any modern comforts as we boast a fully equipped kitchen, full-size washing machine and dryer, a range-style cooker, a microwave, a full-size fridge, a dishwasher, and an array of cookware, pots, and pans. Whether you're a culinary aficionado or prefer simple meals, our kitchen has everything you need to prepare your desired dishes. A coffee maker is also provided, ensuring you start each day with a steaming cup of coffee.

Entertainment is at your fingertips with Smart T.V.s and guest access to YouTube TV, allowing you to stay connected and enjoy your favorite shows or movies. Stay connected with loved ones using our complimentary guest Wi-Fi access.

Game night is always in session as we supply a multitude of games, including corn hole, darts, various card and board games in the cabinet below the living room TV.

If you’d like to dine out, there are many dining options in the village or in historic downtown Hot Springs. December thru April take in the horse races at Oaklawn, like many others have since the 1890’s. Set some money aside to wager a bet or two at the adjoining casino.

Watch the gorgeous sunsets every evening on the deck, dock or on the lake. If it’s a cool night, roast some marshmallows down at the lake by the fire. Enjoy the pontoon boats quietly passing by, say hello to a friendly neighbor and enjoy every second of your stay. We have left a listing of some of our favorite recommendations for you to enjoy.
