Beginner or advanced, you choose the course with the difficulty level you want to challenge your skill.

DeSoto Recreation Center offers a mini-golf course, outdoor pool, tennis courts, basketball courts, children play area, and so much more. You can also play tennis at any of our 19 pro-surfaced courts, 13 clay & 6 hard surfaces (7 lighted). There are also lawn bowling and bocce ball courts.

Enjoy fishing and boating on any of the 11 different lakes, ranging from 11 acres up to 950 acres. Swimming beaches are located on 3 of the larger lakes which also allow water skiing. There are 2 outdoor pavilions & 2 marinas. Just 15 minutes away you’ll find Lake Ouachita, Arkansas’ largest lake, for more fun in the sun.

Hiking and biking on our more than 21 miles of wooded trails inside the HSV gates is a great form of exercise and a way to enjoy our beautiful natural environment and wildlife. For the fitness enthusiast, the Natatorium offers a state of the art work-out facility with hot tub, sauna, weight room, exercise room, and an indoor lap pool.
