COVID-19 Information and Updates
Information and Adjustments as of May 5, 2020
The restrictions on vacation and short-term rentals have been eased and we are now able to rent to anyone except individuals coming from areas with ongoing high rates of COVID-19 infection identified by the Arkansas Department of Health and the CDC.
We are following the current advisory from the health department, restricting travelers from New York, New Jersey, Connecticut, New Orleans and international locations. We will continue to evaluate and adjust as the situation changes.
Our temporary business hours will continue to be:
- Monday – Friday: 9:00am – 4:00pm
- Saturday & Sunday: Closed
Long Term renters may pay rent in person by utilizing the key drop slot in our office door. We will mail you a receipt.
Please note that we are completing necessary sanitizing protocol on our nightly rentals. We have rentals available and continue to operate within the guidelines of public health agencies.
