Rental Policies

WARNING: VACATION RENTALS MAY HAVE OUTSIDE VIDEO AND AUDIO SURVEILLANCE THAT THE HOMEOWNERS MONITOR SPECIFICALLY FOR NUMBER OF PEOPLE ENTERING THEIR HOME. ​​

General Disclaimers

  • All prices, fees, and taxes are subject to change without notice.
  • Nightly / Short term rentals are not guaranteed to have useable fireplaces and/or garages.
  • Monthly Short Term Rentals will be subject to reimbursement of electric usage in excess of $100.00 per month.

Rates

Rates are based on 2 adults (age 16 and over), additional adults will be a $5.00 per person per night charge.

Booking and Confirmation

Vacation rentals are booked and confirmed on a "First Come, First Served" basis by telephone only during normal business hours:

  • Monday through Friday 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. CST
  • Saturday 8:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. CST

​​Reservations may be requested on the website, but the reservation is not confirmed until we speak with you and the required documents and payment information are exchanged.

To request a reservation during business hours, please call our office and we can make the reservation over the phone.

To request a reservation during non-business hours, select Request a Reservation on the property details page of the property you would like to reserve, complete the information and submit the form, and we will contact you at our first opportunity when we return to the office.

After-Hours Check-In Payment Policy

  • Monday through Friday after-hours check-ins: Payment in full will be charged on the credit card provided for the confirmation
  • Saturday after-hours check-ins: Payment in full will be charged to the credit card provided for the confirmation on Saturday at 3:00 p.m.
  • Sunday check-ins: Payment in full will be charged to the credit card provided for the confirmation on Saturday at 3:00 p.m.

If your credit card is declined for any reason then your packet will not be put into the drop box and you will not have a reservation.

Holidays & Internet Specials

  • All Internet Specials Exclude Major Holidays
  • 3 Night minimum stay required for all Major Holidays

Cancellations

  • Nightly or 1 week booking – 72 hours prior notice = no charge, otherwise 1 night charge + tax
  • Monthly booking – 1 month prior notice = no charge, otherwise $250.00 charge.

No exceptions. There will be no refund for early departures due to weather, illness, etc.
